Hello everyone! My name is Corey Forde (4-D) and I am a freelance photographer in DeFuniak Springs, Florida. The name of my company is a play on my last name, Forde. It was my father’s idea and I thought it was unique. Before opening a business as a photographer, I served 20 years in the U.S. Marine Corps and then a few more years as a defense contractor in Hawaii. During that time I had lots of opportunities to travel, always with a camera by my side. One time at the Giza Pyramids, I was mistaken for a NatGeo photographer! It was the big camera I think. I also spent a lot of time underwater with a camera, so I guess it was natural that I move this direction and open a business.
So, what do I photograph you ask? I focus on 4 things that seem to go hand-in-hand, architecture, interiors, culinary and lifestyle photography. I caught the bug when I bought my first house! The design elements are endless and I realized I really enjoy using these genres to create great photographs.
This is one of the more contemporary spaces I've shot in recent times.
